For now, we only accept payment through Direct Bank Transfer and GCash. We encourage you to follow the instructions below on how pay using direct bank transfer or give us a message or call for more info.

The product will come overseas thus it has a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks after purchase.

No, all the wheelchair are already setup and ready to use. The only thing you will need to adjust are the cushions, footrests and joystick for your comfort.

All of our products are supplied with 1 month warranty for non-human factor or factory defect. You just need to send us pictures or videos of the damaged parts. We will be coordinating with our supplier for further evaluation.

New parts or replacement unit will be provided depending on the case or gravity of defect.

Of course! Our wheelchairs are designed for regular outdoor use, with our main priority being user-safety. We’ve added seat-belts, EABS parking brake system and anti tip castor to our electric wheelchairs to ensure the highest safety for our users.

Our user manual provides all safety information.

1.  Go to the product you are going to buy then click “Add to Cart”. A window will pop up showing the product you just carted. Click “Checkout”.

2. You will then be redirected to our “Checkout Page”. You’ll be asked to input your Personal Information and the address where you want us to deliver your product.

3. Once you’ve filled out the form with your personal information and addresses, just simply choose “Direct Bank Transfer” on the right side.

4. Check “Terms and Conditions” checkbox then click “Place Order”.

5. You’ll then be directed to the next page where you’ll see the details of your order. Don’t close this window yet as you’ll need this before sending your payment.

6. Now, you’ll need to check the email that you have given us on the checkout page. In the email, you’ll see our bank details where you’ll need to manually send your payment based on the order you did.

7. Once you’ve sent the payment you’ll receive an email/text from us acknowledging that we have received your payment and your order is in process.

And that’s it!

You’ll just have to wait for our email stating that your order is being processed and your payment went through. Your order will now be delivered directly to your home. See our Delivery & Timeline.

And that’s it!
